Become a Member

 

  • New members always welcome, we are here to help you.
  • Our members are happy to share their knowledge and their enthusiasm. 
  • To become a member either apply through a committee member at one of our meetings or fill in the membership form and pay the current subscription as detailed below and a committee member will contact you.

 

Membership Forms and Payment Details

 

  • For the membership form (new members and renewals) click here download and fill out.
  • For those wishing to fill out a fillable pdf membership form click here Form can be filled out online then downloaded and emailed or can be downloaded first and filled out offline and emailed.
  •  Payment may be made via internet banking to Genealogy Hawke's Bay at Westpac 03-0642-0795183-00 with deposit details.  Particulars: Subs 25-26 Code: Single/Joint Reference: Surname

  • In cash to the Treasurer at a meeting.

  • Or via bank deposit letting the Treasurer know you have done this so she can reconcile deposits into the Branch account.

 

Subscription

 

  • Subscriptions are currently $30 per individual or $40 for a joint subscription for the year 1st April to 31st March.
  • These are discounted by $5.00 if paid by 30th April each year.

 

Belonging to the Hawke's Bay Branch of the NZSG entitles you to

 

  • Access to the Hawke's Bay Biographical Index
  • Access to our library resources held at the Lily Baker Library.
  • Free admittance to our monthly meetings.
  • Assistance from knowledgeable experienced volunteers.
  • Branch Newsletter "The Hawke's Bay Twig" and Twiglets when published.
